We came by for lunch and to redeem my mom's birthday reward. We were seated quickly, and there were plenty of tables around 12pm. We ordered the fried mac and cheese, taco salad, and the Creole burger. The fried mac and cheese balls over a bed of pulled pork was decadent and tasty! The taco salad was creative and came out in an impressive looking crunchy shell. My brother had the Creole burger, and said it wasn't his favorite burger. Taking off a point because our food took a while to come out (over 20min three dishes).

Well there's a reason why we keep coming here... Friendly service and delicious food. And you always have beads waiting for you at the table (no need to flash). It has a jazzy yet comforting feel to it. The place is lovely, nice New Orleans feel type music, and again delicious food! The portions are always sharing so bring an empty stomach! See you soon Bourbon St!

awesome rooftop space! Went in July for a shower - the food was delicious and the space was roomy and lovely - a bit slow getting drinks though and the bathroom was a bit of a pain to get to but otherwise a beautiful space

The service is amazing here. They check up on you multiple times throughout the meal. I been here many times over the year. It's a classic American spot. My go to is always the burger. Their pasta does look amazing so I might try that next time. Their lobster bisque is on the saltier side. But other than that everything is ‍. The music can be a little bit loud at times but their do their best separating the dining room and the bar area. There's a rooftop here as well iirc.

Arrived around 5:30 on Saturday (1/27/24), and the restaurant already had many diners/parties. Since we were pleased with Kennedy's service during our last visit, we requested to be seated in her section. We started out with a chicken quesadillas, but they weren't as stuffed as our prior orders. Then for our mains we had the skirt steak and two specials, the pistachio crusted lamb chops and the red snapper with lobster sauce. Each dish came with a hearty salad, and mashed potatoes with vegetables. While the steak is one of my favorite dishes there, the two specials were absolutely delicious. I was surprised and blown away by them both, especially the lamb chops. They were cooked perfectly, meaty with a delicious rub. Fantastic. These dishes deserve to be on the menu permanently. Kennedy, our adorable waitress, was great. The manager, Gennaro, is also present and checks in. Never an issue with the food, service or valet. It remains one of my top favorites on Bell Boulevard.
